Description
Children North East exists because growing up can be hard.

We work with babies, children and young people through the rollercoaster of growing up in their families, schools and communities.

Our Poverty Proofing model was developed in 2014 as a response to children and young people telling us that 'if there is one place it is miserable to be poor it's in school'.

Now, with over 8 years of delivering our Poverty Proofing the School Day model, we have been reaching out to other sectors, including health, culture and early years to explore the notion that no activity or planned activity should identify, exclude, treat differently or make assumptions about those with less financial resource.

Children North East are seeking to employ a motivated and outstanding Senior Administrator with experience in setting up and managing efficient office based processes.

We are looking for individuals who are pro-active, confident and have a willingness to invest in their own continued professional development.

If you have the above values and behaviours along with the relevant experience, knowledge, skills and abilities then you could be the person we are looking for.

Main Responsibilities

  • To provide day to day support to the Poverty Proofing team, managing and coordinating all administrative tasks, enquiries and associated tasks
  • To provide efficient administration support for the Poverty Proofing team
  • To maintain effective and efficient administration standards and CIVICRM system data health throughout the Poverty Proofing team
  • To support the Poverty Proofing team with project monitoring requirements for all sales and contracts
Please note CVs will not be accepted.
