TEACHING ASSISTANT LEVEL 1
Salary:
Grade C scp 3-4 £22,737 - £23,114 per annum pro-rata
(Actual salary £7,778 - £7,907 per annum based on 15 Hours)
15-20 Hours Term time plus 2 days
Fixed Term till end of Summer Term 2024 starting as soon as possible January 2024
The Headteacher and Governing Body is seeking to appoint a dedicated teaching assistant who will support our fabulous children by demonstrating a commitment to maintaining and enhancing the _Johnson Fold Way_ and reflect our values of teamwork, high expectations, community and respect in everything they do.
Essential requirements:

- Ability to work well in a team
- Enthusiasm and willingness to learn
- Creativity
- A calm personality
- An understanding of the responsibility to safeguard and promote the welfare of children
Desirable:
Previous experience of working with children.
This post would be suitable for anyone wishing to gain valuable experience with a view to going into teacher training and more formal teaching assistant training
