- Salary: £ 29,439 £ 33,820 per annum, Grade
- Hours: Full time 37 hours per week

An excellent opportunity has arisen within Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service (RBFRS) for a Data Analysis and Reporting Officer to join our team.

As part of this role, you will be responsible for the management and extraction of data from our systems and will have the chance to demonstrate your skills in analysing and interpreting data to support the developments in the delivery of our services to the communities of Royal Berkshire.
The key focus of this role is:
- Interrogate and extract data from electronic systems and databases
- Analyse data and ensure its integrity
- Using data analysis to produce detailed, timely and accurate reports and information
- Support understanding of community risk and the Community Risk Management Plan by carrying out analysis including mapping and modelling
- Monitor, analyse and benchmark data and analysis with other Fire & Rescue Services and other relevant organisations, supporting data exchange as required
Key role requirements (knowledge, skills and experience):
- Ability to analyse, interpret and present risk and performance data effectively to a variety of audiences in various formats
- Be able to consider data quality and assurance from collection to reporting
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Proven background with a data, statistical, performance or other analytical role
- Ability to input and extract data from electronic and manual performance management systems

It is anticipated that the assessment process will run week commencing 27th
March 2023
