We would like to recruit a suitably qualified and experiencedWorkplace Needs Assessor into our Creased Puddle Team. This person will be based in our office in York and head up our Workplace Assessment Team.
The Workplace Assessment Team are responsible for working with organisations to support staff members who are neurodivergent.
You will:
- Be qualified as a NMC registered nurse or Level 4 Occupational Health Practitioner
- Have experience of assessing the needs of neurodivergent employees in a variety of workplace settings
- Be required to produce accurate and knowledgeable reports for the organisation and the individual
- Have a good understanding of neurodivergent conditions and cooccurrence
- Be responsible for our Workplace Assessment quality assurance process
- Be happy to work independently and flexibly to ensure full coverage of the needs of the portfolio
Job Type:
Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week
Salary:
From £33,000.00 per year
