Description

Reboot West is an innovative programme working with care leavers across the region to help them succeed in education, training and employment. The project is piloting the use of Acceptance Behavioural Therapy (ACT) in a non-clinical setting working with over 200 care leavers in the region. We have secured funding to expand the programme and are looking for a full-time Project Support Officer (Project Administrator) to provide essential administrative support to the Reboot West Two team.

What we are looking for:


  • You have empathy with the causes of homelessness amongst young people and those leaving care and the barriers they face.
  • You are highly organised with high attention to detail and good project administration skills.
  • You are a proactive, selfstarter, able to work unsupervised and on own initiative.
  • You have top interpersonal skills, including tact and discretion.
  • You are experienced in liaising with representatives from external organisations and are able to motivate and encourage colleagues.

What you will be doing:


  • Working alongside our existing Project Support Officer to provide administrative support to the Reboot West Manager and Senior Ops Manager with project implementation as well as ongoing monitoring, reporting, meetings and communications.
  • Supporting the Reboot Education, Employment and Training (EET) and Wellbeing Coaches to ensure the quality and timeliness of case records, evidence and outcomes monitoring.
  • Managing office systems and supplies, which could include formatting worksheets on a computer, printing materials and creating display boards and other visual merchandise.
Your line manager will be our Reboot West Operations Manager.

Pay:£24,496 - £25,878 NJC scale starting at the bottom of the scale)

The location:You will be based in Kingsley Hall and the YES office, close to Bristol's main train and bus stations as well as the vibrant city centre. There is an option to work from home for a few days a week if desired / required.
