We are looking for a dynamic individual who has worked within a project or wider corporate setting and understands benefit realisation, from identification, tracking to measuring impact across a portfolio of change.

This is a new and exciting key role in a growing team.

It provides an opportunity to develop and grow your expertise while establishing yourself in a role that supports improving delivery of our ambitious strategy.

We're flexible on base across Norfolk and Suffolk and can support both hybrid and flexible working.

You may have been a business analyst, project, or performance manager.

Whatever your background you will be inquisitive and analytical, alongside having strong interpersonal skills to coach and work with colleagues to support them to articulate, monitor and demonstrate benefit delivery, enabling improved user and patient outcomes through better organisational efficiency and effectiveness.

The role will operate in a complex portfolio of work, rich with interdependencies and requiring extensive collaboration across the organisation and with system partners.
