As one of Tameside's leading Estate Agents Your Move Mary Ashton are looking for a motivated high performer to help us with our drive to become recognised as one of the nation's leading Estate Agents.

We currently sell 100s of properties each year and our aim is to provide the best customer experience and results for clients within our industry.

We are recruiting for a Senior Sales Negotiator to help manage and progress our sales, manage of vendor contacts, and of course sell houses.

Your job will be to liaise between buyers, sellers, solicitors, mortgage advisors and other stakeholders. Communication skills are key. We aim to complete sales as quickly as possible with the least amount of stress to our clients.

What we can offer

A basic salary of £22,000 £25,000 depending on experience and skill set
Realistic OTE of £30,000 plus (uncapped)

The hours are 37.5 hours a week with some Saturdays, in exchange for a lieu day during the week.

In addition to the basic salary, generous bonus and commission schemes, we offer a pension scheme, all tem members get their birthday off on us, and we have a holiday entitlement of 20 days per annum plus bank holidays.

Estate Agency or Conveyancing experience is essential for this role.
