We're looking for a mid-level strategist who's interested in working on some of the most meaningful, exciting and challenging communications tasks in Europe.

If you're obsessed with understanding different cultures, with human psychology & behavioral change and never put down your phone/books when it comes to staying up to date on geopolitics, get in touch Languages would be a plus, particularly Russian or other Eastern European languages.

You'll be working with senior and junior strategists to help build and run communication strategies from insight to delivery while working with one of the smartest and most engaged agencies in the business.

Responsibilities:

Bring best practices in advertising and communications, behavior change, brand strategy and to work with a media strategist to develop media & dissemination strategy
To gain an intimate understanding of the client problem set which includes some of the world's most intractable societal, political, and cultural issues. This includes a working knowledge of different cultures and religious practices.
To partner with the internal research team and external suppliers to build a firm understanding of multiple target audiences' knowledge, attitudes, and behaviors.
Develop a firm understanding of Measures of Performance and Effect in regard to strategy and resultant change in knowledge, attitudes, and behaviors. To regularly report on these measures to the Agency and clients.
To work with creative/production staff and partners to ensure creative products and solutions are strategically correct and achieve or better the client goal.

About You:

Communications strategy direct experience of working on communications plans, moving from research and insight through to delivery
Understanding of behavioral change models
Understanding of digital and traditional media channels and how best to use them to deliver a communications campaign
An interest in and knowledge of European/global geopolitical issues
