Main Purpose and Objective of Job
To accompany and assist a Sheriff Officer on their official duties, which includes service of citations and diligence at various locations throughout Scotland.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Witness service of court citation and diligence
- Quality check court documents and ensure completed prior to service.
- Conduct enquiries with members of the public to ascertain / confirm information.
- Report information / issues to other in house departments.
- Occasional mail duties.
- Continued training and mentoring for job understanding.

Other Job Requirements

- Must be able to travel in a vehicle with a Sheriff Officer throughout Scotland.
