Trainer - home care
Farnborough


The role

  • Deliver training in our offices with our equipment including hoist, and profile bed
  • Support competency assessments and support visits in the field as and when required (e.g. clients needing hoist transfers)
  • Deliver our flagship Dementia and End of Life Training accredited by City & Guilds
  • Continually improve both the content and the range of training we provide

Requirements:


  • You will be a quick learner and an effective trainer ideally with a Train the Trainer qualification
  • Enjoy preparing and delivering training materials and knowhow to others in an engaging and positive way
  • Direct experience of having worked as a care professional in care and home care sector will be a bonus
  • Real team player
  • IT savvy
  • Driver and within driving distance of the office
