Administrative Assistant


Duties:


  • Provide administrative support to the construction management team
  • Assist with project coordination and followup on action items
  • Perform clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
  • Manage own workload and critical pathways
  • Provide personal assistant support to executives as required
  • Organise and arrange meetings within the management team

Requirements:


  • Previous experience in an administrative role (essential) preferably within construction industry
  • Have a confident approach.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Job Type:
Part-time

Part-time hours: 15 per week


Salary:
£11.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • Weekends only

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Grimsby, DN32: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:


  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
  • Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

Language:


  • English (required)

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (preferred)
