Administrative AssistantDuties:
- Provide administrative support to the construction management team
- Assist with project coordination and followup on action items
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Manage own workload and critical pathways
- Provide personal assistant support to executives as required
- Organise and arrange meetings within the management team
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative role (essential) preferably within construction industry
- Have a confident approach.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Job Type:
Part-time
Part-time hours: 15 per week
Salary:
£11.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Weekends only
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Grimsby, DN32: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
