Matchpointsportz is currently working within a wider partnership looking after Schools contracts, Community sporting contracts and Tennis Programs across Solihull and Birmingham.

We are looking for a candiate who has coaching experience but is looking to work within a more diverse role,

Job Specification to include

• Managing relationships with Clubs, Committees, Partners, sponsors
• Managing coaches, assistants, volunteers, School contacts
• Delivering a block of delivery hours across the business to develop an understanding of the different areas and create important relationships with key partners
• Promote and grow the business through simple marketing strategies
• Form part of a key management team to execute the company vision

Knowledge and experience:


The successful applicant will have:
Experience in the sports coaching and/or education sector

Tennis experience is helpful but not a neccesity

The ability to engage and enthuse all children through sport

Basic admin skills, ability to deliver on key strategies

Low level management experience would be helpful

A knowledge and understanding of effective pupil behaviour management and be able to implement strategies with a group of up 30 children


Qualifications:

A degree in sports coaching or the sports/education sector or:
A broad range of sporting qualifications to at least level 1, ideally level 2 qualified in a sport.

A Current First aid qualification (or be willing to work towards)

A Current Safeguarding and protecting children certificate (or be willing to work towards)

A clean, enhanced DBS check (Matchpointsportz will complete DBS checks on successful applicants)


Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Freelance

Part-time hours: 20-35 per week


Salary:
£14.00-£15.00 per hour
