Project Location:
Redruth, Cornwall

Salary - £45,000 - £50,000.

Purpose
A Site Manager for a rapidly growing Modular Timber Frame company reporting directly to the Operations Director.

The role will include overseeing scaffolding, cranes, Modular Timber Frame, external facades including brick slips, render, cedral cladding, roof covering and completion of the project on time and within budget.

The successful applicant should have a sound knowledge of construction and timber frame methods and details, an eye for accuracy and quality resulting in the best end product.

The applicant should also hold current certificates for SMSTS, Appointed Personand First Aid as well as be computer literate and hold a full driving licence.

He/she will be expected to manage timber frame erectors, co-ordinate site deliveries and the hiring of cranes, ensuring compliance with site Health & Safety, periodic inspection and sign-off of work.

Experience, Qualifications & Training:
3 years plus site management experience
Experience within the modular building or construction industry preferred.
Good negotiation skills.
Lifting Experience - CPCS
Good standard of education and excellent numeracy skills.
Extremely well organised, adaptable, and experienced working in a fast-paced environment.
Proven track record in project management and dealing with timber frame structures.
