We are looking for enthusiastic, friendly and team focused individuals to work as Care Workers.

The Abbeyfield Loughborough Society is a not-for-profit organisation that provides specialist dementia care, and is run by a committed Board of Trustees.

We are a varied team of all different ages and walks of life, and not all of our staff are from a care background.

If you are looking to try something different and rewarding but haven't previously worked in the care industry, we provide full on-going training learning and development for all of our staff members.

Our staff and residents build close relationships and we are very proud of our dedicated staff who all come together as a team to provide the best support for our resident's, creating a homely and supportive environment.

Our key objectives are to deliver person-centred care to the residents to ensure that their physical, social, and emotional needs are met.

We also follow Abbeyfield values, ensuring that their dignity, choice and independence are respected.

You will need to be able to communicate and interact well with people, and work well as part of a team, demonstrating an empathy and understanding the needs of the elderly.
