Responsibilities:


  • Own CMR Surgical's visual identity, ensuring all of the brand assets are of the highest creative quality, whilst maintaining brand consistency.
  • Work with the wider marketing function and external agency suppliers to create global marketing materials for product launches and marketing campaigns.
  • Work with various stakeholders and departments globally to create visual assets including flyers, congress booths, and social media assets.
  • Project Management of external agencies, including art directing photography and film shoots.
  • Uphold brand guidelines through the management of the company's Brand Management tool.
  • Work with global marketing, country teams, corporate communications, and distributors to ensure branding consistency in all external material.
  • Write, edit, or refine highimpact digital content in an integrated, multiomnichannel approach across all customer touchpoints and maximize the capability of Salesforce, Pardot, Showpad, and WordPress to provide exceptional customer online experience.
  • Along with the sales and marketing colleagues, the corporate communications and professional education teams, and the regional leaders, create highquality digital collaterals optimized for user engagement and education.

You'll be willing to turn your hand to anything within the Commercial remit that supports the team with delivering its objectives.


About you:

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have/be:

  • Degree in Graphic Design (or equivalent)
  • Have full understanding and vast experience with a range of design packages; with advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Previous creative and brand management experience
  • Understanding of marketing principles and strategies and ability to develop close working relationships with the marketing team and communications teams to be able to subtly adjust the brand to meet any strategy and messaging changes.
  • A creative capability and knowledge of how to work with agencies to get the required brand assets done ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Work with a degree of independence and selfpropulsion, whilst supporting the aims of the marketing team, and think creatively and innovatively.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

It would also be helpful if you have:

  • Experience with animation and video editing tools such as After Effects and Premier Pro.
  • Knowledge of trademarks, IP around brand assets, copy review, trademark usage, and brand compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
