Our hotel is seeking an experienced and well-organized Receptionist to join our team.

The posted position is for a motivated individual with a background in hospitality, assist the existing team members with their daily tasks and handle guest enquiry's.

Flexible shifts available to cover 7 days and evenings on a rota basis with existing staff.

Responsibilities:

Checking guests in and providing guests with information about the hotel and Edinburgh.
Checking guests out.
Helping with onwards directions if required.
Taking bookings and enquiries over the phone and online.
Capable of being trained to use our online booking system.
Daily admin as required.
