We are seeking a hardworking and dedicated Kitchen Porter to join our team.

The Kitchen Porter will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, assisting with food preparation, and ensuring that all kitchen equipment is properly maintained.

Key responsibilities:

• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including washing dishes, mopping floors, and taking out the trash
• Assist with food preparation, including chopping vegetables and preparing basic ingredients
• Operate and maintain kitchen equipment, including dishwashers and other cleaning equipment
• Stock and replenish kitchen supplies, including utensils, and cleaning products
• Assist with unloading deliveries and storing food and supplies
• Follow all health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Head Chef or Sous Chef

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Kitchen Porter or similar role
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Physical stamina and ability to stand for long periods of time
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work well in a team
• Willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities as needed

Working hours:
Standard working hours with flexibility required
