Job Description:

LIFE AS AN ACS RESOURCER

Create, upload and publish job adverts
Using talent database's to CV search
Assisting with the coordination of scheduling and booking of interviews and providing hiring managers with feedback
Ensuring all offer information has been collected and stored correctly in our ATS

Qualifications:

THE PERSON

Previous experience in recruitment from either an agency or internal recruitment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Great attention to detail
High sense of urgency
Excellent planning and organising skills
Comfortable conducting telephone screening calls
Experienced in managing a large volume of roles
Proven experience in developing client relationships and maximising business potential
Seeks to understand both short and longterm hiring needs
