_Would you like to join a supportive team within an established wealth management practice?_
We are currently working on an opportunity for an IFA administrator to join our client in Ferndown, Dorset. You'd be joining a team of established administrators to provide assistance to the Financial Planners and Paraplanners. This role would suit you ifyou have great attention to detail, a positive work ethic and strong communication skills.
Day to day duties would look like:
- Processing new business and meeting review packs, ensuring all relevant information is updated on their internal database
- Updating records from 3rd parties to assist with preparation of financial reports
- Managing cases from start to finish, taking ownership of client business
- General ad hoc duties maintaining a high standard of service throughout
- Preparing client reports and correspondence including the review of relevant documents

- Experience within IFA administration, investment or pensions administration
