Advance Head Office in Witney (Hybrid Working 3 days in the office 2 days at home)


Hours:35 contracted hours per week

We have an exciting opportunity for a Administrator at Advance.

Advance is a specialist supported housing association that is on an exciting journey to deliver more services and develop more housing for people with learning difficulties, disabilities and supporting people towards greater independent living.


The Housing department and Support department are looking for a temporary administrator to work with the Executive director of Housing and Executive Director of Support.

This role is based out of our head office in Witney.


Duties will include:


  • Act as the main point of contact for the Executive Director(s), arranging appointments and direct contact as appropriate
  • Arranging meetings and/or other events and making appointments, including travel arrangements and meeting/event materials
  • Taking accurate minutes of meetings, coordinating the preparation and checking of agendas and papers and the collation and distribution of papers
  • Organise and maintaining office systems and records, both paper and electronic information storage systems including inputting to and maintaining databases
  • Provide administrative support to other members of the directorates as agreed
  • Supporting projects on behalf of the directorates as requested from time to time by the Executive Director
  • Able to communicate effectively (verbally and in writing)
  • Manage and extract information from databases
  • Work accurately and maintain effective records
  • Plan, organise and prioritise your work
  • Manage own work and work independently
