Who We Need:

Portfolio T is seeking an experienced Chief Product Officer (CPO) in residence to join us in our mission to develop technology ventures that will empower humankind and transform the ecosystems of a broad range of industries.

Our CPO in Residence will work with the other functional operating partners alongside our venture founders to mentor and assist them as they develop the venture's strategic product direction.

This includes product vision, product innovation, product design, product development, project management, and product marketing.

We are seeking an experienced start-up executive with a track record that demonstrates strong strategic go-to-market, operational, and management skills.

What You'll Deliver:

• Analyze and prioritize product, service, and customer requirements, defining the solution vision based on interactions with customers and prospects, industry experts and opinion leaders, and internal sales leadership
• Generate criteria and structure for requirements prioritization, leading to development of a multiyear product roadmap that supports and drives achievement of the venture's goals
• Create product specifications and interactive mockups or prototypes required for demonstration and development of the solution
• Organized and effective project planning, management, and oversight of the product team's activities during venture building, including coordination of internal and external resources, schedules, and budgets
• Devise an infrastructure for productline testing, maintenance, phased release, and customer support
• Along with the business and GTM leads, develop pricing and packaging for the offering
• Develop annual budgets for the team's product development efforts, including resource and capital expenditure requests
• Repeatable, scalable product management models that facilitate rapid feedback and learning for the organization as well as the effective, transparent, and predictable use of limited, highvalue resources.
• Leverage the competitive advantages and key assets of the sponsor company, and key partners, to further the business objectives of the ventures
