Commercial Washrooms is one of the UK's leading specialist suppliers of washroom-related products and materials to commercial organisations.

Due to continued success and as part of our planned growth, a vacancy exists for a Website Administrator at our head office in Poole, Dorset.

The business is a family-run organisation boasting year-on-year growth, ideal for applicants looking for the opportunity for career progression.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Website content creation, editing, and publishing.
  • Uploading new products, editing existing and discontinuing old ones.
  • Tidying and cleaning our product catalogue via our online website system and/or via Microsoft Excel exports.
  • Work closely with crossfunctional teams, including sales, product/purchasing, and customer service, to ensure alignment and collaboration on website content.
  • Collaborate with external marketing agencies to implement digital strategy with a focus on search engine optimization (SEO).
You will have experience in general office administration and working with standard computer systems. Strong written English skills are essential for creating website content.

Competent experience using Excel is highly advantageous.

Full training on our systems will be provided and experience of using CMS and websites is an advantage but not essential.

Salary:
£22,000 - £24,000 basic pa
