I am working with a school in Hillingdon borough who are looking for a School Business Manager.

The school is a great school ofted 'good' working within a friendly, supportive environment.

The School Business Manager is responsible for:
providing professional leadership and management of support staff

promote the highest standards of business ethos within the administrative function of the school and ensure the most effective use of resources in support of the learning and achievement objectives.

Reporting to the Head Teacher, you will be responsible for the administration function, management of ICT resources, premises, health & safety, human resources management (support staff), finance and oversight of contracts such as catering and grounds maintenance.

You will be responsible for:
Management of Premises

Health and Safety

Finance

Management of Human Resources

Management of Administration

We are looking for a person who is Polite, professional and well presentable. A conscientious approach to Health and safety and the ability to establish appropriate relationships with young people.
