Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to users experiencing ITrelated issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripherals.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems remotely and onsite.
  • Document support tickets, resolutions, and procedures in a helpdesk system.
  • Train endusers on IT systems and software applications.

Requirements:

  • Associate degree or technical certification in Information Technology or related field.
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of computer hardware, software, and operating systems.
  • Excellent problemsolving and customer service skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment.
  • Experience in IT support or a helpdesk role preferred.
