**Customer Service Advisor Immediate Start
Watford, Hertfordshire, WD24 4YY**-
Full Time or Part Time available:

  • Salary up to circa £25,000 per year depending on experience (pro rata)

About the role:


This exciting role is for a
Customer Service/Business Support Advisor who will provide an outstanding level of customer service to our internal and external customers, and act as a first line support to our own internal branch network.

You'llbe responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships. You'll need to hit the ground running.

You will have access to an impressive product range and will be supported by a company that understands what good service means.


Key responsibilities will include:


  • Answering customers calls in a professional manner whilst processing customer orders and managing delivery expectations
  • Liaising with the branches and business support team
  • Generating leads for the business, whilst regenerating existing customers
  • Upselling to maximise order values and push product promotions working towards the business and individual sales targets
  • Providing pricing and delivery information

About you:


  • Experience of working within business support/customer service/sales environment.
  • A good understanding of the Automotive Refinish Industry (preferred but not essential)
  • A strong understanding of Social Media and App technology
  • Be target driven and thrive in a high pressure and fastpaced sales environment
