**Customer Service Advisor Immediate Start

Full Time or Part Time available:

Salary up to circa £25,000 per year depending on experience (pro rata)

About the role:
This exciting role is for a
Customer Service/Business Support Advisor who will provide an outstanding level of customer service to our internal and external customers, and act as a first line support to our own internal branch network.
You will have access to an impressive product range and will be supported by a company that understands what good service means.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Answering customers calls in a professional manner whilst processing customer orders and managing delivery expectations
- Liaising with the branches and business support team
- Generating leads for the business, whilst regenerating existing customers
- Upselling to maximise order values and push product promotions working towards the business and individual sales targets
- Providing pricing and delivery information
About you:
- Experience of working within business support/customer service/sales environment.
- A good understanding of the Automotive Refinish Industry (preferred but not essential)
- A strong understanding of Social Media and App technology
- Be target driven and thrive in a high pressure and fastpaced sales environment
