We want to create the tools that enable anyone to understand how a protein behaves, what its properties are and how it interacts with other molecules. Our instrument helps researchers to develop the medicine of the future, to find the best ways to produce novel biomolecules and to assure that medicine is always safe and efficacious.
The role
- You will be part of the operations and HR team, supporting the daytoday managerial and HR operations. As a team assistant, you will support HR operations and team wellbeing. This includes supporting recruitment, organizing social team events, office decoration and social media. In addition, you will support the leadership team in their daily tasks, such as organizing meetings, submitting expenses, and arranging travel. Tasks also include managing mail, facilities, and subcontractors.
Your responsibilities
- Team: Organize social team event, office snacks, office decorations, social media presence
HR:
Manage job ads, on-board new employees,
General administration:
Printing, filing, binding, and archiving
Support leadership team:
Meeting and greeting visitors, arranging meetings, managing calendar
Travel management:
Hotel reservations, flights, visas, transport
Accounting:
Processing expenses and other basic accounting tasks
Requirements:
- 2+ Years of work experience as executive assistant, team assistant or similar
Basic familiarity with accounting software, such as Xero or similar
Strong attention to detail and exceptional organization skills
Right to work in the UK

Salary range
- £28'000/annum - £35'000/annum for full time position, part time position salary pro-rata
