Description
This is an essential and key role to the client in ensuring customer success.

Customer requests will usually be received by our skilled support team who will have identified the requirement is not a technical support issue and therefore requires a consultantto deliver enhancements to an existing solution or build a new solution from scratch.

The role is fast-paced, requirements are usually time bound and you will have the opportunity to build great working relationships with our existing customers.


  • Maintain expert knowledge of SAP Business One.
  • Provide estimates and ensure successful resolution for client requests. Recognise and address gaps between SAP Business One solutions and the business practices of the client. Provide consultation and support services on SAP Business One, identify and resolveproduct and technical questions and inquiries.
  • Effectively communicate and build consensus with clients.
  • Customise forms and develop reports using Crystal Reports and other tools available.
  • Provide consultancy and training services for clients as required.
  • Conduct migration support from legacy systems into SAP Business One.
  • Liaise with fellow Implementation Consultants in providing innovative solutions to client issues on SAP B1 or associated SSP solutions.
  • Maintain timely communication with clients, estimate work and schedule other resources, when required.
  • Work in agreed budget and highlight any potential variances.

To successfully perform the responsibilities of this position, you must possess the following attributes:

  • SAP Business One experience, in a consultancy or support role.
  • Qualifications in Accounting and/or Information Systems from a recognized postsecondary institution would be considered an asset.
  • Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills, as well as excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Experience in SQL to help amend and create queries/reports
  • Reporting and layout knowledge in tools such as Crystal Reports
  • Superior people and communication skills: teamoriented, fast learner and very personable.
  • Selfmotivated and driven to achieve success within a consulting environment.
  • Must be highly organized and able to multitask/juggle competing priorities in a fastpaced environment simultaneously and effectively manage client expectations.
  • Ability to assign tasks to others and monitor performance, budgets, and completion in a timely manner.
  • Handson experience with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and Outlook.
  • Selfmotivated and driven to achieve success within a consulting environment.
  • Competency with typical office technology and software is a must; competency with project management software is an asset.
  • Teamoriented, fast learner and very personable.
