Description
We have an opportunity for a Project Surveyor to join our team on a full-time permanent contract.


As an independent contractor, we have delivered survey and positioning expertise to the global offshore industry for over four decades.

With a diverse range of long-term clients requiring accurate, efficient solutions using the latest methods and technologies, no two projects are the same.

We support our clients across various activities, including surface and subsea positioning (USBL and LBL), MBES seabed surveys, subsea infrastructure installation, pipeline and cable installation, trenching operations, as-built surveys, metrology operations, and regular maintenance and inspection.

While this is an onshore role, short-term temporary offshore visits may be required.


Responsibilities:


  • Provide expertise during all phases of projects and ensure projects are performed safely and efficiently.
  • Reviewing and determining project requirements and creating clear and concise project documentation.
  • Liaising with clients, project managers, subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Ensuring projects have the appropriate and necessary equipment, engineering and personnel to meet requirements.
  • Participating in project meetings, operational reviews and HIRAs.
  • Keeping current with survey technology and processes and sharing knowledge with other team members.
  • Conducting and overseeing yard visits for projects involving structure installations.
  • Collaborating with team members to deliver client requirements and meet client expectations, supporting projects during their operational phase.
  • Ensuring quality with attention to detail.

Qualifications:


  • Nationally recognised relevant academic qualification.
  • 5+ Years of offshore construction support survey experience.
  • Experience with Eiva Navisuite packages.
  • Experience with LBL operations
  • Familiar and competent with using AutoCAD.
  • Right to live, work and be based in the UK.
