About the Opportunities:


Superintendent Radiographer

• MRI:

This role focuses on leading an adult MRI department. Responsibilities include managing a specialized team, collaborating with experts, and overseeing complex MRI procedures.


Superintendent Radiographer

• Paediatric MRI:

Here, your expertise in paediatric MRI will be instrumental. You'll manage paediatric imaging services, ensuring the highest standards of care and safety for our youngest patients.


Superintendent Mammographer:

As the leader of the Breast Imaging Unit, you'll oversee operations, staff development, and service enhancement, ensuring excellence in mammography services.

Key Responsibilities (common to all roles):

• Leading and managing specialized radiography teams.
• Strategic planning and implementation of departmental policies and protocols.
• Collaborating with healthcare professionals to enhance service quality.
• Training, mentoring, and supervising staff, fostering a culture of professional growth and excellence.

What We're Looking For:

• HCPC registration.
• Extensive experience in your respective specialty area (MRI/Mammography), with a focus on paediatric care for the Paediatric MRI role.
• Proven leadership experience and a strong understanding of clinical governance.
• Commitment to continuous professional development in radiography.

£50,000.00-£65,000.00 per year
