Team Administrator
Hybrid working - office based in Tadworth,Surrey
Full time - Monday - Friday
£ £17.67 per hour (dependant on experience)
Temporary - 12 months
Tate are currently working with a large pharmaceutical company to recruit for an experienced Team Administrator to provide professional and operational support to the Rare Diseases Team.
Key duties:
- Scheduling and coordinating onsite and offsite meetings, handling related logistics (hotels, meals, transport, meeting materials, visitor passes etc).
- Vendor management responsibility, to oversee the storage and inventory of marketing and patient materials as primary stock owner.
- Responsible for the upkeep of inventory records and working with marketing and sales to ensure stocks are maintained through reordering, booking in, and ensuring recertification and expiry dates are observed.
- Processing documentation to support the implementation of commercial programmes such as free of charge schemes.
- Raise and manage commercial purchase orders including the liaison and follow up of thirdparty contractors as necessary.
- Support for designated Marketing Leadership including expenses, travel booking, photocopying, scanning, and dispatch of packages via courier.
- Suggesting and implementing process improvements for administrative functions carried out throughout the department.
Skills/experience required:
- Excellent organisational, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Determines own work priorities, based on understanding of business need and identifies new projects/procedures to improve own work efficiency.
- High attention to detail and ability to appropriately prioritise and perform multiple tasks/projects simultaneously.
- Microsoft Office Suite skills specifically Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
- Handing confidential information with discretion.
