Head Teacher
The Head Teacher will be responsible for all 3 sites across the following key criteria:
Teaching and Learning

Strategic Development of the School

Leading and Managing Staff

Efficient and Effective Deployment of Staff and Resources

Accountability; to pupils, staff, parents and authorities

Safeguarding Children and Safer Recruitment

HPRS is looking for an excellent communicator, with the ability to lead and inspire and secure the highest standards of teaching and learning, with the pupils at the heart of everything they do.

• At least 3 years experience as a senior leader
• Qualified teacher status or equivalent
• Experience of working with vulnerable children

Job Types:

Salary:
£58,105.00-£64,225.00 per year


Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Hereford, HR1 2DY: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

• Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)

Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)
