Introduction:

Roles and Responsibilities:
As a Trainer in Residential Childcare, you will be responsible to:

Deliver engaging learning sessions to Residential Childcare learners remotely
Monitor the progress of the learners regularly and ensure that they will attend all sessions
Provide appropriate assessments and reviews to the learners that are based on the standards and support them achieve level 2 Functional Skills in Maths and English
Maximize learners' full potential by supporting their development, adhering to the proper guidelines, and motivating them to overcome barriers
Build strong relationships with clients and other teams to have excellent delivery results
Ensure to hit targets and KPIs to achieve excellent delivery results

Experience and Skills:
As a Trainer in Residential Childcare, you will need the following to be successful:

An Assessor qualification
Experienced Residential Childcare Trainers that support people throughout their residential childcare qualification
GCSE in Maths and English at level C
A level 2 Functional skills
Approachable, flexible and has great communication skills
