Job description:


Our client, based in Coventry is currently recruiting for a Housing Systems Administrator on a part time temporary contract for 6 weeks.

Our client prides themselves on delivering person-centered, specialist services which enable people to live crime-free, working with some of the hardest-to-engage individuals within the Criminal Justice System.


Our client is able to offer agile working over 30 hours per week and there is a requirement to work onsite on Mondays.


Please note that a basic DBS dated within the last three years is required for this role.

Duties will include (but not limited to):

  • Support the Housing & Property departments by accurately entering and extracting Housing Management and Property data for reporting, auditing and regulatory purposes using the Trust housing database (QLx)
  • Assist in the quality control of data entered by all users of the IT systems
  • To support local projects and central departments in the use of the QLx waiting list, rent arrears and property repairs modules and general IT system processes and updates
  • Effectively manage the receipt, triage, preparation and payment of invoices submitted by service providers, including validating completion of work and authorizing within predetermined levels, together with escalation for authorization as required
  • Provide administrative support as required to the Head of Housing and Property and buildings managers
  • Carry out general administrative duties, such as; dealing with incoming calls, faxing, filing, data input, transferring to relevant departments

Experience required:


  • Ability to write letters and reports
  • Ability to use and understand Housing systems, good knowledge of systems and IT packages including Excel


  • Use of QLX

  • Desirable

Working hours

  • 30 hours per week over 45 days, Monday Friday
  • Flexible working hours
