Property Litigation Solicitor Top 200 Firm London - 5 PQE A leading Top 200 national law firm are seeking a property litigation solicitor for their London office.

You will advise on property litigation matters mainly for clients in the health and housingsectors, there will be some scope to advise on general commercial disputes as well.

The role will involve a range of property litigation cases for clients in the health, housing and emergency services sectors, with opportunities to act on partnership disputesfor GP practices.

Property litigation experience is essential; public sector and partnership disputes experience is desirable but not vital.

We are looking for candidates who have excellent legal skills, are good communicators and work well in a friendly andknowledgeable team.

Candidates should be able to deliver clear advice and practical recommendations to clients, and balance a busy and interesting caseload.

The role will offer the opportunity to develop leadership and business development skills within ourhighly motivated and ambitious team.

You must have property litigation experience and will ideally have between 2 -5 PQE. Candidates who have worked on behalf of the public sector will have an advantage.
