We are currently recruiting for a Deputy Area Manager

Therapeutic IFA

Looking for an experienced qualified fostering social worker that would like to bring sustainable results for a therapeutic trauma informed fostering service in Norwich.

The hiring fostering organisation is an Outstanding Ofsted agency since 2011 with flawless structure, many resources, innovative approach that focuses on the way therapeutic models could improve the outcomes for children and make not only everything easier,but also an enriching experience for the foster carers.

Responsibilities:

To be involved in the recruitment, assessment, training, support and supervision of foster carers
To ensure the children are thriving in the foster placements
To deputise for the Area Manager when necessary
