Administrator required at Country Court in Werrington, Peterborough.
6 Months Fixed Term Contract
Hours of Work - 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday - 35 hours per week
Location:
Head Office, Werrington, Peterborough, PE4 6ZN
Salary - £19,800 to £21,500 per annum DOE
Country Court are one the fastest growing 5* care providers and we are seeking a creative, ambitious & passionate Administrator to join our Recruitment Team in our growing organisation on a fixed term contract, based in our Central Services in Werrington, Peterborough.
The Administrator Role
You will be assisting with the recruitment administration within recruitment team and some of your tasks will include:
- Posting jobs onto the ATS & assist in writing job adverts.
- Actioning the care homes individual recruitment actions plans
- Organise recruitment days / open days for home and attend if required
- Build strong relationships between internal customers and external recruitment agencies
- Deliver training, coaching and support to managers on recruitment, as and when required
About You
- Excellent Administration experience
- Good Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook skills
- Excellent Attention to Detail
- Experience of working within the care sector would be advantageous
- Able to build effective relationships with all areas of the business
- Ability to work to strict timelines and manage and prioritise your own work
