This Freight Forwarding opportunity to growth In a fast pace business dealing with Import & Exporting and customs


Required:

  • Excellent customer care (face to face/over the phone)
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Interested in logistics/movement of freight

Key Duties:

Managing accounts for all Exports /Imports related business

Developing the Exports Service that the business has to offer

Assisting with Import / Export business as and when needed

Vessel and Airline tracking and communicating to customers, suppliers alike regarding changes

Communicating with Shipping and Airlines for Customs procedures

Communicating with hauliers to book and complete collections

All administration of customer bookings

Handling new and existing customer queries

  • Multimodal Export & Import experience
  • Experience within Air, Sea or Road
