An exciting opportunity to join Reservations team at
our 5 Star super-boutique The Londoner hotel as a Reservations Specialist. This role comes with forward career progression.**
Overview:

An amazing opportunity has arisen to join The Londoner reservations team as Reservations Specialist.
Responsible for utilizing customer service and sales skills to identify guest needs, make accurate reservations which provide the optimal experience for our guests while maximizing revenue potential.
Ensure information is accurately recorded in appropriate systems and customers are provided with excellent service delivery as determined by the company standards.
Be the guest advocate ensuring all guests' needs from the initial booking to follow up.

About You:

For this role of Reservations Specialist, we require previous reservations or hotel reception experience within a 4 or 5Star hotel.
Natural tele sales ability including closing skills, tone of voice.
Ability to effectively listen and position hotels to meet guests needs.
High level of hotel product and services knowledge.
Ability to generate revenue by all means available.
Technical knowledge of hotel booking systems, Including Opera and ideally Salesforce.
