Insurance Account Handler / Senior Account Handler

Lichfield, WS13

Salary:
£22,000 - £35,000 per annum (DOE) plus benefits

09:00 - 17:00 (Monday to Friday)

The Company:

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well established Insurance Brokers based in the heart of Lichfield.

Due to continued growth in the business they now have a full time office based position for Insurance Account Handlers to join their busy and vibrant team, offering a great place to further your experience and career.

Responsibilities:


  • Working on new business and renewals.
  • Negotiating terms and managing client's midterm adjustments.
  • Maintaining and updating diary records
  • Keep accurate client records on Acturis
  • Visiting clients when required.
  • Adapt to the culture of a Brokerage & the levels of client service that our client provides.

Technical Knowledge / Qualifications:


  • Highly focused on delivering excellent customer service
  • Proactive and confident in building and maintaining client and insurer relationships.
  • Previous experience using Acturis software is beneficial but not essential as training can be provided.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Previous insurance experience is desirable
  • Knowledge of Current Insurance Market is desirable
  • Insurance Qualifications are desirable
