Description

We are looking for an experienced Block Manager with an entrepreneurial flair to join our client based in Hampstead.

In return, the Block Manager will receive £40,000 - £45,000 per annum, dependent on experience. You will also be joining a family-run business and will have the opportunity to make the role your own.

The Block Manager will be responsible for the management of a portfolio consisting of 30 blocks:

Liaising with leaseholders and residents, dealing with maintenance issues and general queries.
Liaising with contractors to instruct necessary repairs as required.
Conducting regular site inspections and reporting to client.
Administering contracts and renewals with utility suppliers and contractors.
Dealing with insurance renewals and claims.
Proven working experience as a Block Manager.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work as part of a team, and independently.
Resilient and consistent approach to all duties and clients.
Structured and organised with strong time management skills.
