Job Description:


Care Assistant Benefits:

Excellent pay rates - £ £11.70 per hour, plus double pay for bank holidays

Full time and part time hours available
  • From 10 hours part time to 35 hours full time based on availability

Minimum 1 hour visits_ _**- so you have the time needed with client

Care Assistant responsibilities:


Being a Care Professional is a highly rewarding career where no two days are the same With minimum 1 hour care visits and client matching, you have the time to provide high quality, person-focused care.


Duties can include:

  • Companionship ensuring a client enjoys regular and meaningful social interaction is an important part of your visit
  • Help with everyday tasks such as; meal preparation and light housework
  • Accompanying to appointments or shopping
  • Personal care supporting our clients with the essentials such as bathing, showering, dressing and grooming to keep them healthy and independent

Qualifications:


No formal qualifications are required however previous experience in a health and social care or a customer service role is beneficial.

We will provide all the training required for the position.


You must have good people skills, be calm and able to adapt your approach to the meet the needs of the clients.

A willingness to learn is also essential for the role of a Care Professional as each client is different and no two days are exactly the same.
