We are currently recruiting for an experienced Handyperson to join us, working 4.5 days per week, Monday to Friday (37 Hours)
Lovat's Catering Engineering Services Limited was founded in 1989. For over 30 years, we have catered for the foodservice sector in Central and North East Scotland.

Since 2013, Lovat's Group has expanded into air handling, air conditioning and renewable energy services.

Due to this expansion, we are proud to say that we are now one of the leading service companies in Central and North East Scotland, covering Catering Equipment, Air Conditioning, Renewable Energy, Refrigeration and Air Handling.

The role of Handyperson is crucial to the continued success of Lovat's Group, you will play a key role in every aspect of the day-to-day delivery of Maintenance and Installation works within our prestigious Client base.

This position is demanding and fast-paced, which requires applicants to use their own initiative and be good at problem-solving while maintaining professionalism and have a fantastic eye for detail.

We require a good-all-rounder to join our team of skilled Engineers, plumbing and/or electrical experience would be an advantage however, not essential.

• To Carry out General Maintenance works across our Contract portfolio
• Assist Engineers with Catering, Electrical, Plumbing or HVAC repairs
• To provide daytoday reactive building maintenance repairs and Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM).
• Complete minor technical tasks on building fabric, plumbing and painting.
• Carry out maintenance tasks as requested.

Assist with large equipment deliveries to site and Substitute delivery driver when required:

• Follow a PPM schedule and respond to breakdowns and call-outs in a timely manner.

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Kirkcaldy: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
