Description

he Kelly Group is a principal contractor supporting and providing engineering resource for over 35 years.

We are recruiting for an experienced Administrator.

Responsibilities:

Maintaining and improving support to the field based installation and management team
Work task routing
Jeopardy management
Telephone and system support
Client liaison
Key performance measure reporting
Booking and monitoring of Stats for the jobs
Communicating Stats status to field and planning team
Ensuring that that data is correctly logged on the database
Raising/modifying/validating permits with local authorities
Produce noticing status reports; manage defect reworks
Jeopardy Management of Field Activities
100% of completion duties completed to time

You will have the following qualifications and be able to prove experience and competence:

Proficient use and knowledge of software such as MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Project
Recognised academic training such as a Degree course
2 years' experience of working with either Symology or Eton noticing systems but training will be provided if this is required
Working knowledge of pc systems & client liaison protocols and experience of noticing & customer liaison
