he Kelly Group is a principal contractor supporting and providing engineering resource for over 35 years.

We are recruiting for an experienced Administrator.


Responsibilities:


  • Maintaining and improving support to the field based installation and management team
  • Work task routing
  • Jeopardy management
  • Telephone and system support
  • Client liaison
  • Key performance measure reporting
  • Booking and monitoring of Stats for the jobs
  • Communicating Stats status to field and planning team
  • Ensuring that that data is correctly logged on the database
  • Raising/modifying/validating permits with local authorities
  • Produce noticing status reports; manage defect reworks
  • Jeopardy Management of Field Activities
  • 100% of completion duties completed to time

You will have the following qualifications and be able to prove experience and competence:

  • Proficient use and knowledge of software such as MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Project
  • Recognised academic training such as a Degree course
  • 2 years' experience of working with either Symology or Eton noticing systems but training will be provided if this is required
  • Working knowledge of pc systems & client liaison protocols and experience of noticing & customer liaison
