ABOUT THE COMPANY

Responsibilities:


  • The UK sales manager role will be responsible for developing PureBorn brand with the major retailers, through regular contact and face to face meetings, working closely with Category Buyers.
  • Previous experience at a National Account Manager or Category Manager level, existing baby category leads, contacts and relationships at senior level is essential, as well as experience in dealing with or supplying to all major retailers.
  • Confident in producing and delivering key presentations to buyers, strategic promotional and range plans, category development and Joint Business Planning.
  • Creating and providing forecasts and sales analysis to relevant departments, negotiation of pricing, margins and supporting the brand image and values in store.
  • In addition to building on existing FMCG relationships, you will be responsible for the strategic planning of new business acquisition within Major Retail Multiples in a competitive market. Opening new doors, creating new business opportunities and relationships to deliver positive growth.
  • You will enjoy being an integral part of the business and NPD launches, using your knowledge of the market, customer trends, in the creation & planning of new ranges.
  • You will have managed customers previously in the FMCG sector, have strong P&L understanding and management skills, together with a proven track record of delivering outstanding results. Great commercial acumen with a skill of launching best in class products with top retailers/ distributor partners is key to being successful in this role.
A minimum of 5 years' experience as a National Account or Category Manager

Excellent communication and negotiating skills | Entrepreneurial mind set

Education & Experience:
BA/BS degree required; MBA or equivalent degree preferred

We are looking for a self-starter, who can run and develop partnerships with retailers/ distributors to distribute and market PureBorn products.
