Part-Time HR Administrator

£24,000 FTE

25hours per week (4/5days)

Have you got over 6 months experience in a HR Administrator role?

Looking to get started on a new role with a National Household name?


I am looking for an enthusiastic HR Administrator to join a business based in Derbyshire who are growing their HR Team.

Reporting into the HR Manager, the role is completely generalist, supporting on a number of HR duties including:

  • Complete all Admin for the full employee lifecycle
  • Monitor employee absence, sickness and holiday
  • Support the recruitment lifecycle including job advertisement and onboarding
  • Support the HR Manager with GDPR sensitive employee data and HR system management
  • Be prepared to support on a wider number of duties across the HR team


You must have a minimum of 6 months HR Administration experience as there isn't much opportunity for training in this role.


This is a permanent opportunity and the client is happy for the 25hours to be split over 4 or 5 days with Friday being an important day for them.
