An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Booking Clerk to join the Endoscopy CAU.

The team is positioned in the Endoscopy Department on the Tunbridge Wells site but coordinates the administrative pathways for patients attending for treatment in both the Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells Endoscopy departments.

Previous experience of CAU's and the how to book patients onto treatment lists is ideal but not essential. You should be resilient, motivated, organised, work well under pressure and have exceptional communication skills.

You will work closely with the Senior Booking Clerk and CAU Team leader to ensure the trust access policy is adhered to and that all admin related Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met with remedial actions put in place when necessary.

You will support the Senior Booking Clerk and CAU Team Lead, liaising with other departments, patients and relatives, as well as clinical colleagues to ensure that patient admissions are appropriately planned and managed.
