As part of our improvement journey Lambeth Children's Social Care are adopting Signs of Safety as the practice framework across Early Help and Statutory social care.

This approach forms part of the wider Roadmap to Excellence to ensure every child receives a good or better service and improved outcomes.


About the role:

We are recruiting an Implementation Lead for Signs of Safety on a fixed term basis.

This role will be pivotal in leading the successful implementation and change so that quality of practice and decision making is consistently good or better.


The role is based within Lambeth' Social Care Academy and is fixed term for 12 months in the first instance.

You will be joining a dynamic, well regarded Quality Assurance service with an all-permanent leadership team with over 40 years of Lambeth service.


About you:

An experienced practice supervisor you will also have experience in leading projects and innovation within Children's Social Care.
