We are currently recruiting for a Client Services Team Leader to join our established and experienced team here at RSA on a hybrid basis.


Your Role


As our Client Services Team Leader, you will oversee and motivate the teams that handle highly detailed insurance processing on behalf of our UK Speciality Lines division.

You will be responsible for making sure that your team delivers first-rate customer service in accordance with the established benchmarks and metrics that we have established, as well as building relationships with your colleagues from other teams to ensure continuous success.


Your responsibilities will include coaching a team of people, developing talent, managing performance, and supporting the mental health and well being of your team.

You will guide service capacity, monitor performance, and take appropriate action to ensure service quality and continuity.

In addition, you will be in charge of supporting and/or supporting ad hoc departmental or broader business and projects. while setting the standards for workflow, data capture, and MI and ensuring these are maintained effectively within your retention.


About You


You will be a talented leader and coach of people in an operational environment, with experience driving improvements and leading others through change.


You will spend the majority of your time coaching your team, resolving queries and problems, providing clear goals, and developing your team's professional capabilities.

You will be working in a flexible environment, supporting your team both face-to-face and in our new virtual world.
