As a Property Manager with the AMR Group, you will play a vital role in supporting the growth and success of our residential lettings portfolio. With a diverse range of properties under management, we require a skilled and dedicated individual to manage property maintenance requests, arrange compliance, and ensure seamless tenant experiences.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and managing new inventories, conducting tenancy check-ins and check-outs, and performing regular property visits. This role also involves collaborating with contractors to address issues efficiently and ensuring all aspects of tenancy lifecycle management are handled professionally.

We offer a highly competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, reflecting the importance of this role in maintaining high standards of service delivery.
