GSL Education are recruiting a Cover Supervisor to start working immediately in a Secondary school in LE2.

You will be determined to drive up standards and will be passionate about helping children of all abilities, ensuring that students are engaged in pre-setwork.

As a Cover Supervisor, you will provide supervision of the classes across the curriculum in the event of the class teacher being absent, whether it was a planned or unplanned absence.

You will support students to engage with the work and manage students' behaviorin accordance with the school policy.

  • Be an enthusiastic, highly motivated individual who leads by example
  • Have high expectations of pupils' achievements and behavior
  • Demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skills with excellent behavior management strategies
